DeleteI see 513 all the time. I typed it into Google and this site popped up. I have seen this number for years, and never understood what it meant. I drive my wife crazy showing her everywhere I see the number. Today she asked me what time it was and I glanced at the time on my computer and it was 5:13 PM.
